Booking and pricing.

How it works

How far ahead do I need to book?

Three hours before pickup is the working minimum, which is the time an operator needs to assign a vehicle and brief a chauffeur. Bookings open a year ahead. For group vehicles, public holidays and cities hosting large events, book much earlier, because availability runs out long before price becomes the constraint.

Why do I have to enter a code to book?

The one-time passcode confirms the mobile number belongs to you. It keeps fraudulent bookings off the network and it means the number we give your chauffeur is one that will actually reach you. The number you enter has to be able to receive a text at the moment you book.

What is in the price I am shown?

The vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel or charging, taxes, tolls, road and congestion charges and airport access fees. Traffic, route and demand do not change it. A gratuity is not included and is offered separately at payment, where declining is a visible option.

Can the price change after I book?

Only if you change the journey. Adding a stop on the day, keeping the car beyond the free waiting allowance, or asking us to pay for parking will adjust the total, and you are told before it applies. Anything added appears itemised on your receipt.

When do I find out who is driving me?

Three hours before pickup you receive their name, photograph, vehicle, registration and the exact meeting point. Read it when it arrives rather than when you land, because if something in it looks wrong that is the moment to tell us.

Where will my chauffeur be waiting?

It depends on the pickup. At many airports they cannot wait at the arrivals kerb at all, so the car parks and they walk in to meet you. At a hotel it is the main entrance, at an address it is outside. Whatever the arrangement, the message three hours ahead names it for your specific pickup rather than describing it in general.

Should I pay for meet and greet?

It is worth it at large or unfamiliar terminals, after a long flight, with a family, or with luggage that makes navigating awkward. Kerbside is free and works well when you know the airport. The difference is simply who walks to whom.

When does the free waiting time start?

At airports, from the moment the aircraft actually lands, not from the scheduled arrival and not from the time you booked. You get sixty minutes, which is roughly what immigration, baggage and customs take on a normal day. Everywhere else it is fifteen minutes from the booked time.

What if my flight is delayed?

Nothing to do, and no charge, provided you gave us the flight number. We track the aircraft and the pickup moves with it. A delay is never treated as a change to your booking. Without a flight number we cannot track anything, and a late arrival is handled as ordinary waiting time.

Can I change or cancel?

Free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, for any booking type. Inside that window the booking is charged in full, because a vehicle and a chauffeur have been committed to you and the slot cannot be resold. Changes are always subject to availability.

Do I need to tip?

No. Your chauffeur agreed what the journey pays before accepting it, so nothing about their income depends on your decision. A tip is offered at payment where you can add a percentage, enter your own amount, or decline, and declining is presented as an equal option.

Do you fit the child seat for me?

No. We supply the seat, ready in the vehicle when it arrives, and you fit it. Installing it and satisfying yourself it is secure before the car moves is the parent's or guardian's responsibility. Request the stage you need at booking so the right seat is in the car.

What happens if the car does not arrive?

Call dispatch on +1 888 881 7933 at the time rather than afterwards. Depending on the circumstances we re-dispatch another vehicle, arrange and pay for an alternative, or refund the booking, and we tell you which. Delivering the booking is a joint responsibility of RYDES and the operator.

Is this the same as a ride-hailing app?

No. An app matches you with whoever is nearest, at a price that moves with demand, minutes before you travel. Here a named chauffeur and a specific vehicle class are assigned hours or months ahead, at a price fixed when you book, and the car holds for an hour if your flight is late.

General

How is a chauffeur service different from a taxi or a ride-hailing app?

A chauffeur service is reserved in advance at one fixed, all-inclusive price, with a named professional driver and a specific vehicle class attached to your booking before you travel. Taxis and ride-hailing apps are dispatched on demand, priced by meter or by surge-adjusted estimate, and the driver is not known until the trip begins. Chauffeur bookings also include airport flight tracking and free waiting time, with meet-and-greet at arrivals available as a paid add-on.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 3 hours before pickup, so the local operator can assign a chauffeur and brief them on your route. RYDES takes reservations up to a year out. For group vehicles, events and holiday travel, book as early as you can — availability runs out long before price becomes the problem.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Add your flight number when booking and RYDES tracks the aircraft. Early or late, your pickup time moves automatically and your chauffeur is re-briefed. Free waiting starts at the actual landing time rather than the scheduled one, and the delay costs you nothing.

How much waiting time is included?

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting from the moment the aircraft lands, which covers immigration, baggage claim and customs. Every other pickup includes 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle class rate, and you are told before it starts.

Is the price really final?

Yes, for the journey you booked. The quoted price covers the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, airport access fees and taxes, and it does not change with traffic, route or demand. Gratuity sits outside the fare and is offered at payment, where you can add a percentage, enter your own amount, or decline. The only other charges that can appear afterwards are ones you cause and approve: waiting beyond the free allowance, a stop added on the day, parking you ask us to pay for, or cleaning for damage.

Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?

Kerbside by default, at the designated pickup area for your terminal, with your chauffeur calling as you come out. Meet and greet is available as a paid add-on: your chauffeur parks, waits inside the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name, and takes the luggage from there. Exact meeting points are sent with your confirmation either way.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Any booking can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Group vehicles and event programmes follow the terms shown at booking. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window are charged in full, because a vehicle and a chauffeur have already been committed to your ride.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, as a paid add-on. Child and booster seats are requested when you book and ready in the vehicle when it arrives. The price and the seat types available depend on local law and the operator serving your city, and both are shown to you before you confirm. Give us the child's age and weight so the correct seat is used.

Can I book a ride for someone else?

Yes. Choose the option to book for another passenger and enter their name and mobile number. They receive the chauffeur details and tracking link directly, while the confirmation, receipt and any changes stay with you. Assistants and travel arrangers can manage several travellers from one business account.

Are pets allowed?

Service animals travel free, always. Other pets are accepted by many operators when requested in advance and carried in a suitable crate or carrier, and a cleaning fee applies to cover the vehicle afterwards. The fee is shown to you before you confirm, so add the request when booking rather than on the day.

How are chauffeurs and operators checked?

RYDES partners are licensed chauffeur operators, from established fleets to individually licensed owner-drivers. Before a partner receives bookings we verify their operating licence, commercial insurance and vehicle registrations, and confirm their chauffeurs hold the correct local permits and background clearances. Partner performance is reviewed continuously against completion, punctuality and rider feedback.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards, plus regional wallets in the markets that support them. Business accounts can be invoiced monthly. Payment is authorised at booking and captured after the ride is completed, so a ride cancelled inside the free window is never charged.

Coverage

How do I know whether my city is covered?

Search the directory above, which lists the principal cities in each region. If yours is not there it is still worth asking, because the published network runs to 1,200 cities and this page shows the names most people look for rather than all of them. Operators also work well beyond the city limits, so an outlying address is usually covered even when the town itself is not named.

What happens if I book somewhere not on this list?

Send the origin, destination, date and passenger count to reserve@rydes.co. Where a vetted operator already covers the area, a fixed fare comes back the same way it would for any other booking. Where one does not, we say so rather than accepting the booking and hoping, and we will usually be able to suggest the nearest point we can reach.

Does a listed city mean RYDES has an office there?

No. RYDES does not own vehicles or employ chauffeurs anywhere. A listed city means at least one licensed local operator is under contract, with vehicles inspected, driver credentials and insurance verified, and routes priced in advance. The car that arrives is run by people who live and work in that city.

Why do only five cities have full guides?

Because a guide worth reading takes real research. The five published so far each set out every airport and terminal, honest journey times by hour, the local road charges and who actually pays them, and the circumstances under which public transport would serve you better. Writing that badly would be worse than not writing it. More are in progress.

Are prices the same in every city?

No. Rates reflect local operating costs, and a saloon in Zurich does not cost what a saloon in Bangkok costs. What is consistent everywhere is the structure: a price agreed before you travel, with tolls, road charges, airport access fees and the waiting allowance already inside it, and no adjustment afterwards for traffic. Gratuity sits outside the fare and is offered at payment.

Is every vehicle class available everywhere?

Saloons are available across effectively the whole network. SUV and Van coverage is very wide. Electric depends on charging infrastructure and is offered where it can be relied on. Group vehicles and charter coaches are the real constraint outside major markets, so for sixteen seats in a secondary city, ask early.

Can I book between two different countries?

Often, and it is priced as one fixed fare. Some borders carry licensing rules that restrict who may carry passengers across them, and where that applies we say so and arrange a compliant handover instead. Singapore into Malaysia is the clearest example, and the Singapore guide explains it in full.

Do you cover airports as well as cities?

Yes, around 550 of them, including regional fields and the private aviation terminals that sit alongside the main passenger airports. For business aviation, the tail number and the handling agent matter more than the airport name, because facilities on the same field can be several kilometres apart.

How far ahead should I book in a smaller market?

Further than in a major one. Three hours before pickup is the working minimum anywhere in the network, but in a secondary city with a smaller pool of operators, availability rather than price is what runs out. For a group vehicle, or for anything at an unusual hour, a day or more is sensible.

How often does this list change?

Continuously, as operators are added and occasionally removed. Removal happens when an operator no longer meets the standard, which is a decision we would rather make than defend. This page is reviewed against the live network regularly, so treat it as current rather than permanent.

Can I get a fixed price before I commit?

Yes, and that is the point of the model. Enter the journey and every class appears with its final local price. Nothing is estimated, nothing surges, and the figure does not move afterwards because a road was slow. Only changes you make on the day adjust it. Quotes for anything unusual come back from reserve@rydes.co, usually within a working day.

Who do I contact about a city that is not covered?

Write to reserve@rydes.co with the location and roughly when you need it. If it is somewhere we are actively working to add, that is useful information for us, and we will tell you honestly whether it is weeks away or not on the plan. Dispatch is reachable around the clock on +1 888 881 7933.

Dubai

Which Dubai airport will I land at?

Almost certainly Dubai International, which sits eight kilometres from the centre in Garhoud. Al Maktoum, in Jebel Ali to the south west, handles low-cost and charter traffic along with most business aviation, and is thirty-seven kilometres out. The two are around sixty kilometres apart and are entirely separate airports, so check your booking rather than assuming.

Why does the terminal matter so much at DXB?

Because Terminal 2 is not attached to the other two. It sits across the airfield, three or four kilometres away by road, and serves flydubai and several regional carriers. Terminal 3 is Emirates only and Terminal 1 takes most other international airlines. Landside there is no quick way between Terminal 2 and the rest, so a driver sent to the wrong one is not a short walk away. Give us the flight number and the terminal is resolved for you.

Where does my driver meet me at DXB?

At the meeting point in the arrivals hall, after you clear immigration and collect your bags. Dubai International does not allow pre-booked cars to wait at the arrivals kerb, so the vehicle sits in the designated pickup area within the terminal car park and your driver walks in to find you. Meet and greet with a name board beyond customs is a paid add-on and is worth taking at Terminal 3.

What is Salik and will I be charged for it?

Salik is Dubai's barrier-free toll system, with around ten gates on the main highways and creek crossings. A vehicle is charged each time it passes one. On a RYDES booking every crossing on your route is counted when the fare is calculated, so nothing is added afterwards. On a metered taxi or a ride-hailing trip the gates are added to your total at the end.

Why do two similar journeys cost different amounts?

Because Salik charges by the gate rather than by distance, and since 2025 it has charged different amounts at different hours, with a higher rate during the morning and evening peaks and none at all through the small hours. A run into Deira crosses no gates. A run to the Marina crosses several. That is why metered quotes for journeys of comparable length can diverge sharply, and why a fixed fare is easier to plan against.

Are your Dubai drivers licensed?

Yes. Every vehicle is operated by a limousine company licensed by the Roads and Transport Authority, and every driver holds the RTA professional driver permit required for paid passenger transport. Licensing and insurance are verified before an operator can take a booking, rather than checked ride by ride.

How is this different from an RTA taxi?

Different licence class, different product. A taxi is metered, hailed or taken from a rank, and carries a starting surcharge at the airport. A limousine booking is arranged in advance with a named driver, a specific vehicle class and a price agreed before you travel, and it will wait an hour for a delayed flight without charging for it. For a ten-minute run into Bur Dubai the taxi is usually cheaper and entirely sensible.

How long does DXB to Downtown take?

Fifteen to twenty-five minutes outside the peaks, and thirty to fifty inside them. The Marina and Palm Jumeirah run considerably longer, at thirty to forty-five minutes off-peak and up to seventy-five in the evening peak. Deira and Bur Dubai are the quickest destinations from the airport and cross no toll gates on the way.

Can you transfer me between DXB and Al Maktoum?

Yes, and it takes forty-five to sixty-five minutes without traffic and up to a hundred in the evening peak. If you are self-connecting between the two airports on separate tickets, allow four hours as an absolute minimum and five if you are checking bags, because you will clear immigration, reclaim luggage, drive sixty kilometres and check in again from scratch.

What happens during Ramadan?

Working hours shorten, the toll system shifts its free overnight window, and the hour before sunset becomes the heaviest traffic of the year as the whole city travels home at once. Avoid scheduling an airport arrival or a cross-city transfer to land in that window. After sunset the roads clear dramatically. Dispatch will tell you the current arrangements when you book within the month, since the timings are confirmed shortly before it starts.

When is the weekend here?

Saturday and Sunday, with Friday a shortened working day. The UAE changed from a Friday and Saturday weekend in 2022 and visitors still get caught out. Friday traffic is light in the morning, heavy around midday prayers and busy again in the evening. Sunday behaves like a normal working day with a full morning peak, which surprises people scheduling a relaxed Sunday departure.

Can you collect from a private jet terminal?

Yes. Most business aviation in Dubai operates through handling agents at Al Maktoum, each with its own terminal, entrance and passenger processing, and Al Bateen serves Abu Dhabi similarly. Give us the tail number and the handling agent rather than just the airport, because two facilities on the same field can be several kilometres and one security gate apart. Airside vehicle access is arranged in advance where it is permitted at all.

How much waiting time is included?

An hour from the moment the aircraft touches down, measured against the flight rather than the schedule, which covers immigration and the baggage belt. Fifteen minutes at any non-airport pickup. Past the free window the charge runs in quarter-hour blocks at the rate for your vehicle class, and you are told before the first one begins.

Can you take me to Abu Dhabi or the northern emirates?

Yes, on a single fixed fare rather than a meter. Abu Dhabi is around ninety minutes to two and a half hours depending on the hour, and the run passes through two unrelated toll schemes, both of which are inside your fare. Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Al Ain, Ajman and Hatta are all covered, and the northern emirates have no road tolls at all.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, requested at the time of booking so the correct stage is in the vehicle when it meets you. Infant, toddler and booster stages are available and each seat occupies one passenger position. We supply the seat; fitting it and checking it is secure is the parent's or guardian's responsibility. This is one of the clearer advantages over taking a car from the rank, since street taxis here do not generally carry them.

Would the Metro be better?

For some journeys, yes, and we would rather say so. The Red Line runs from Terminals 1 and 3 down Sheikh Zayed Road to Downtown and the Marina, and during the evening peak it beats a car outright because it is not in the traffic. Travelling alone with hand luggage, take it. A car earns its price with a family, with luggage, in the small hours, in high summer, or on a day with several stops.

How far ahead should I book?

Three hours before pickup at minimum, which is what an operator needs to assign a vehicle and brief the driver. Reservations open a year out. Around the major exhibitions and conferences, the Formula One weekend in Abu Dhabi, the winter high season from November to March and the days either side of Eid, vehicles run out well before prices become the limiting factor.

What if my flight is delayed or diverted?

The aircraft is tracked, so a delay moves your pickup on its own and costs nothing, with the free hour beginning at the actual landing time. Diversions in this region are most often caused by summer sandstorms or fog, and are handled by dispatch, who re-brief a driver to wherever the aircraft has been sent if the operator covers it. Dispatch is reachable around the clock on +1 888 881 7933.

London

Which London airport should I fly into?

It depends on where you are going far more than on distance. London City is only eight miles out and is unbeatable for the City and Canary Wharf, but its route network is small. Heathrow has the widest network and the best rail link. Gatwick suits leisure long-haul and anywhere in Surrey or Sussex. Stansted and Luton are short-haul airports that make sense if your destination is north or east of the capital. Southend serves seasonal European routes and south Essex.

Where does my chauffeur meet me at Heathrow?

Not on the forecourt. Waiting at the kerb outside arrivals is not permitted at Heathrow and unattended vehicles are removed, so licensed private hire drivers wait in the airport's authorised vehicle area or park and come in on foot. Your chauffeur confirms a meeting point just outside arrivals and walks you to the car. Meet and greet inside the hall on your name is a paid add-on and is worth it at Terminal 5 in particular.

Which terminals does Heathrow have?

Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Terminal 1 closed in 2015 and has been demolished, so older guidance referring to it is out of date. Confirm your terminal from your boarding pass rather than from memory, because airline assignments shift and Heathrow terminals are far enough apart that arriving at the wrong one costs real time.

Do I pay the Congestion Charge on top of the fare?

No. The Congestion Charge, ULEZ, tunnel tolls, the Dartford Crossing and airport drop-off fees are all inside the price quoted at booking. This matters in London specifically because private hire vehicles are not exempt from the Congestion Charge, unlike licensed black taxis, so on a metered or app-based journey the cost is recovered from you one way or another.

How much is the London Congestion Charge?

It rose to 18 pounds a day on 2 January 2026, up from 15 pounds, and applies from 07:00 to 18:00 on weekdays and from midday to 18:00 at weekends and on bank holidays. The full exemption for electric vehicles ended in December 2025 and has been replaced by a discount for cars registered on Auto Pay. The charge is now indexed, so expect further rises. Rates are set by Transport for London and should be checked against their current schedule.

Is ULEZ the same thing as the Congestion Charge?

No, and a single journey can attract both. ULEZ targets emissions rather than congestion, covers all thirty-three London boroughs, runs around the clock and charges non-compliant vehicles 12 pounds 50 a day. The Congestion Charge covers only central London and only during charging hours. Every vehicle RYDES dispatches in London meets the ULEZ standard, so the charge does not arise on your booking.

What are the Blackwall and Silvertown tunnel charges?

Both Thames crossings have been tolled since the Silvertown Tunnel opened in April 2025, which also ended more than a century of free passage through Blackwall. Cars pay a higher rate in the peak direction during the morning and evening, a lower rate at other times between 06:00 and 22:00, and nothing overnight. Charges apply in both directions with no daily cap. On a RYDES booking they are inside the fare.

Are your London chauffeurs licensed?

Yes. Every vehicle is run by a private hire operator licensed by Transport for London, with the driver, the vehicle and the operator each separately licensed and insurance verified before they can take a booking. Private hire vehicles may only be pre-booked through a licensed operator and cannot legally be hailed in the street or taken from a rank.

Why is there an airport drop-off charge?

Every London airport now charges vehicles for entering the terminal forecourt, and several raised their fees sharply at the start of 2026. Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City and Southend all charge, at different rates and with different free windows and penalties. Most airports offer a free drop-off in a distant car park with a shuttle bus. On a booked transfer the fee and the payment deadline are the operator's responsibility, not yours.

How long does Heathrow to central London actually take?

Between 45 and 75 minutes off-peak to Mayfair or Westminster, and 75 to 120 minutes in weekday peak traffic. The City runs longer at 55 to 85 minutes off-peak, and Canary Wharf is the longest routine airport run in the city. Published figures of 40 minutes describe an empty M4 at dawn rather than a normal arrival.

Would I be better off taking the train?

Sometimes, and we would rather say so here. The Heathrow Express reaches Paddington in about fifteen minutes, the Elizabeth line runs through central London for far less, Gatwick to Victoria takes about half an hour and Stansted to Liverpool Street is under an hour. Travelling alone with hand luggage to somewhere near one of those stations, the train wins on both time and cost. A chauffeur earns its price with luggage, with a family, before the trains start, or on a day with several appointments.

Can you collect from Farnborough or Biggin Hill?

Yes. Private aviation is met at the fixed base operator rather than a public terminal. Give us the tail number and the handling agent rather than a flight number, and the chauffeur is airside-adjacent at the FBO when you step off. Luton also handles substantial business aviation traffic alongside its scheduled operation.

How much waiting time is included at a London airport?

An hour, measured from wheels-down rather than from the timetable, which is enough to absorb border control, the reclaim belt and a customs queue. Non-airport pickups carry fifteen minutes. After that the clock runs in quarter-hour blocks at the rate for your class, and dispatch tells you before the first one starts.

Can you handle a cruise departure?

Yes, for Southampton, Dover, Tilbury and Portsmouth. Bookings are timed to embarkation and disembarkation windows rather than to the clock, luggage handling is included, and the Dartford Crossing on the Dover run is inside the fare. Southampton is around two hours from central London and should be planned with a real buffer, because ships close check-in and do not wait.

Can I book a car by the hour in London?

Yes. The minimum block is two hours, extended in half hours, with mileage pooled across the whole booking rather than counted leg by leg. Your driver holds position between appointments at no additional cost. Given that central parking barely exists and the zone charge is levied on the day rather than the mile, holding one car usually undercuts three separate transfers.

Do you cover the home counties?

Yes. Windsor, Ascot, Guildford, St Albans, Watford, Sevenoaks, Reigate, Reading and Cobham are all covered, along with Oxford, Cambridge, Brighton and the Cotswolds as fixed-fare intercity runs. Race days at Ascot and event weekends at Goodwood and Silverstone should be booked well ahead, because vehicles run out long before prices become the constraint.

How far in advance should I book in London?

Three hours is the working minimum, which is the time an operator needs to allocate a car and brief the driver on your route. Reservations open a year ahead. Wimbledon fortnight, Royal Ascot, marathon weekend, conference season and mid-December all sell out of vehicles well before they get expensive, so the constraint you should plan around is supply rather than price.

What if my flight is delayed or diverted?

Add your flight number and we track the aircraft. A delay moves the pickup automatically and costs nothing, with free waiting starting at the actual landing time. A diversion, which in winter fog most often means Gatwick or Stansted traffic going elsewhere, is handled by dispatch, who re-brief a chauffeur to the new airport where the operator has coverage. Dispatch answers around the clock on +1 888 881 7933.

New York

Which New York airport should I fly into?

It depends far more on your destination than on distance. LaGuardia is closest to Midtown at 8 to 10 miles and is the fastest arrival if you are staying in Manhattan, but it is largely domestic. JFK is the main international gateway and the best choice for Brooklyn and Long Island. Newark is the right answer for anywhere in New Jersey or west of the Hudson, and is often quicker into Lower Manhattan than JFK is.

Where does my chauffeur meet me at JFK?

In the designated pre-arranged pickup area for your terminal, with the chauffeur calling as you reach the doors. JFK is running terminals 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 through 2026, and both terminal assignments and pickup zones have moved repeatedly during the rebuild, so the operator confirms the current meeting point on the morning of your flight rather than relying on anything printed in advance. Meet and greet inside arrivals is a paid add-on and is worth more at JFK than at any other airport in the region.

Where does my chauffeur meet me at LaGuardia?

At Terminal B, car service pickup is inside the terminal's parking garage rather than at the arrivals kerb, reached on foot through a covered connector. This trips up more passengers than any other pickup arrangement in New York. Terminals A and C use their own designated ground transportation zones. Your chauffeur sends the exact location before you land.

Where does my chauffeur meet me at Newark?

On the arrivals level of your terminal. Newark has three terminals, A, B and C, with the rebuilt Terminal A open since 2023 and Terminal C serving as United's hub. Each has its own pre-arranged pickup area, and the chauffeur confirms which door before you clear baggage.

Is the JFK construction going to affect my pickup?

It affects the route and the timing more than the pickup itself. JFK is in the middle of a 19 billion dollar rebuild, with Terminal 6 opening in phases and the New Terminal One pushed from June 2026 to November at the earliest. Roadways shift, airlines move terminals, and unfamiliar drivers lose ten to twenty minutes navigating it. Allow extra time for departures, and confirm your terminal from your boarding pass on the day rather than from memory.

What is happening with the Newark AirTrain?

Its replacement began in January 2026. Service between the terminals and the Airport Train Station is suspended on weekdays from 05:00 to 15:00, with free shuttle buses substituting, while terminal-to-terminal service continues to run. Full replacement is not expected until 2030. If your plan involved landing at Newark and taking NJ Transit into Penn Station on a weekday morning, that plan currently has a bus in the middle of it.

Do I pay New York congestion pricing on top of the fare?

No. The Congestion Relief Zone charge, the separate state congestion surcharge that applies below 96th Street, bridge and tunnel tolls and airport access fees are all inside the price quoted at booking. Ride-hailing apps and taxis add these to your fare per trip, which is why two apparently similar quotes can settle very differently at the end of the ride.

How much is the New York congestion charge?

For a private passenger car with E-ZPass entering Manhattan at or below 60th Street, the MTA charges 9 dollars in the peak period and 2 dollars 25 overnight, billed once in a 24-hour day rather than per entry. The published schedule takes the peak rate to 12 dollars in 2028 and 15 dollars in 2031. Licensed for-hire vehicles are charged differently, on a smaller per-trip basis. None of it reaches you separately on a RYDES booking. Rates are set by the MTA and the TLC and should be checked against their current schedules.

Are your New York chauffeurs licensed?

Yes. Every vehicle operating in the five boroughs is run by a for-hire operator licensed by the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission, with licensing and insurance verified before they can take a booking rather than checked per ride. Operators serving New Jersey and Connecticut hold the equivalent credentials in their own jurisdictions.

How long does JFK to Manhattan actually take?

Between 45 and 70 minutes off-peak, and 75 to 110 minutes in weekday peak traffic. Published figures around 40 minutes describe a quiet Sunday morning rather than a normal arrival. Lower Manhattan is usually slightly quicker than Midtown from JFK, and Downtown Brooklyn is quicker than either at 30 to 45 minutes.

Would I be better off taking the train?

Sometimes, and we would rather say so. Travelling alone with a carry-on from JFK in weekday evening traffic, the AirTrain to the Long Island Rail Road will beat any car into Midtown. From LaGuardia the free Q70 bus connects to the subway. A chauffeur earns its price with luggage, with more than two people, with a young family, after midnight, on a departure you cannot miss, or on a day with several stops.

Can you collect from Teterboro or Westchester?

Yes. Teterboro and Westchester County are both covered, along with Long Island MacArthur at Islip and New York Stewart at Newburgh. For private aviation, give us the tail number and the fixed base operator rather than a flight number, and the chauffeur meets the aircraft at the FBO.

How much waiting time do I get at a New York airport?

Sixty minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time, tracked against the aircraft rather than the schedule, which covers immigration, baggage and customs. Every other pickup in the city includes 15 minutes. Beyond the free window, waiting is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle class rate and you are told before it starts.

Can you handle a cruise departure?

Yes, for the Manhattan Cruise Terminal on West 55th Street, the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal at Red Hook and Cape Liberty in Bayonne. Bookings are timed to embarkation and disembarkation windows rather than to the clock, and luggage handling is included. Embarkation luggage runs heavier than air travel for the same trip length, so size a class above your instinct.

Can I book a car for the whole day in Manhattan?

Yes, with a two-hour minimum in 30-minute increments. The chauffeur waits between stops and nothing runs while you are inside a meeting. In a city where street parking near an appointment is close to impossible, hourly hire is usually cheaper than three separate transfers once you count the waiting you would have done anyway.

Do you serve the Hamptons and the tri-state area?

Yes. East Hampton is around 100 miles and 2 hours 15 to 3 hours 30 by road, and summer Friday afternoons run considerably longer than that. Greenwich, Stamford, White Plains, Princeton and the New Jersey waterfront are all covered, priced as one fixed fare for the whole journey rather than by the hour.

How far in advance should I book in New York?

At least 3 hours before pickup so the operator can assign and brief a chauffeur. RYDES takes reservations up to a year out. For group vehicles, the UN General Assembly week, marathon weekend, the December holidays and summer Fridays to the East End, book as early as you can, because availability runs out long before price becomes the problem.

What if my flight is delayed or diverted?

Add your flight number and we track the aircraft. A delay moves your pickup automatically and costs nothing, with free waiting starting at the actual landing time. A diversion to another airport is handled by dispatch, who will re-brief a chauffeur to the new field where the operator has coverage. Dispatch answers around the clock on +1 888 881 7933.

Paris

Which Paris airport will I land at?

Charles de Gaulle if you are arriving long-haul or on Air France, Orly for most domestic and short-haul European routes, and Beauvais if you have booked certain low-cost carriers. Beauvais is worth checking carefully, because several airlines market it as Paris and it is eighty-five kilometres away in Picardy. Le Bourget handles business aviation and no scheduled traffic.

Why does the terminal hall matter at Charles de Gaulle?

Because Terminal 2 is not a single building. It is a long spine divided into halls lettered 2A through 2G, and several of them function as separate terminals with their own arrivals doors. Terminal 1 is a different building again and Terminal 3 a third. The free CDGVAL shuttle connects them but moving between two takes real time. Give us the flight number and the hall is resolved for you.

Where does my chauffeur meet me?

At the arrivals exit for your specific terminal or hall, having tracked the aircraft in. The chauffeur calls as you come through and walks you to the car. Meet and greet inside the hall with a name board is a paid add-on and earns its fee at Terminal 2E in particular, where the walk from the doors is long enough to be genuinely confusing after a long flight.

Is a taxi cheaper than a chauffeur in Paris?

For a straightforward run between an airport and central Paris, often yes, and we would rather say so. Parisian taxis operate regulated flat fares set by prefectoral order between the airports and the two banks, guaranteed regardless of traffic. Those fares are competitive. What they do not cover is La Defense, Disneyland, Versailles or airport-to-airport travel, all of which run on the meter, and a supplement applies from the fifth passenger.

What is a VTC?

A voiture de transport avec chauffeur, the regulated French category for pre-booked private hire. The operator appears on the national VTC register and the driver holds a professional VTC card. Every journey must be booked in advance, and a VTC may not be hailed in the street or wait at a taxi rank. It is a different licence class from a taxi rather than a cheaper version of one.

Are low emission zone rules still in force?

Yes, despite widespread reporting to the contrary. Greater Paris operates a low emission zone inside the A86 in which the most polluting categories have been restricted on weekdays since January 2025. The National Assembly voted in April 2026 to abolish such zones nationally, but the Constitutional Council struck that amendment down in May 2026 because it had been attached to an unrelated bill. Nothing has been abolished. Every RYDES vehicle here meets the standard regardless.

Can a chauffeur use the reserved lanes?

Yes. Since March 2025 the left lane of the peripherique and sections of the A1 and A13 have been reserved at peak hours for vehicles carrying two or more people, and taxis and VTCs on a booking are expressly permitted to use them. A hire car with one occupant is not, and dedicated cameras enforce it. On the A1 between Roissy and the city during the evening peak this is a real and measurable advantage.

How long does Charles de Gaulle to central Paris take?

Forty-five to sixty-five minutes to the Right Bank outside the peaks, and seventy-five to a hundred and twenty inside them. The Left Bank runs slightly longer because of the river crossing. La Defense is often quicker than either. The reserved lane narrows the gap between the two figures but does not close it.

Can you transfer me between CDG and Orly?

Yes. The drive is forty-five to seventy minutes without traffic and can exceed two hours in the evening peak, because the sensible routes go around the city rather than through it. No regulated flat fare covers this journey, so a taxi would run on the meter. If you are self-connecting on separate tickets, allow four hours as a minimum.

What is changing at Orly?

From the end of 2026 the free drop-off areas immediately beside the terminals are being progressively withdrawn in favour of paid car parks. If you are driving yourself or being dropped by someone, a brief stop becomes a parking transaction. On a booked transfer this is absorbed into the fare, but confirm the current arrangement if you are planning your own departure.

Is the CDG Express running?

Not yet. The direct line from Gare de l'Est to Terminal 2, intended to take about twenty minutes, entered pre-operational testing in May 2026 with public opening scheduled for March 2027. The project has been delayed several times, so check before building a plan around it. Until then the RER B is the rail option, and it is unaffected by traffic on the A1.

Can you collect from Le Bourget?

Yes. Le Bourget is Europe's busiest business aviation airport and several handling agents operate separate terminals there with their own entrances. Provide the tail number and the agent rather than just the airport, because two facilities on the same field can be a perimeter road apart. The same applies to the business terminals at Charles de Gaulle.

How much waiting time is included?

An hour from the moment the aircraft lands, measured against the flight rather than the schedule, which covers immigration and baggage. Fifteen minutes at any pickup that is not an airport. Past the free window the charge runs in quarter-hour blocks at the rate for your class, and you are told before the first one starts.

Do you cover Disneyland Paris and Versailles?

Yes, both, and both fall outside the regulated taxi flat fares, so they are worth quoting rather than assuming. Disneyland is forty kilometres east and takes forty-five to eighty minutes. Versailles is closer but often slower. For Versailles, Giverny or a day in Champagne, an hourly booking with the car waiting usually works better and costs less than separate transfers each way.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, requested at booking so the correct stage is in the vehicle when it meets you. Infant, toddler and booster stages are available and each occupies one passenger position. We supply the seat; fitting it and checking it is secure is the parent's or guardian's responsibility. This is one of the clearer reasons to book ahead rather than join the rank, where a suitable seat is not something you can rely on finding.

What happens during a transport strike?

Your price does not move, which is the entire point. A strike affecting the RER or the metro pushes a very large number of people onto the roads within a couple of hours, and metered and app-based fares both respond to that. A fare agreed at booking does not. Journeys will take longer, so allow extra time, but the number you were quoted is the number you pay.

How far ahead should I book?

Three hours before pickup at minimum, which is what an operator needs to allocate a car and brief the chauffeur. Reservations open a year out. Fashion weeks, Roland Garros, the Salon du Bourget in odd-numbered years, and the first weekend of the August holidays all exhaust vehicle availability well before price becomes the limiting factor.

What if my flight is delayed or diverted?

The aircraft is tracked, so a delay moves the pickup automatically and costs nothing, with the free hour starting at the actual landing time. Diversions from Paris most often send traffic to Lille, Brussels or Lyon, and are handled by dispatch, who will re-brief a chauffeur to the new airport where the operator has coverage. Dispatch answers around the clock on +1 888 881 7933.

Singapore

Which terminal will I land at Changi?

One of four. Terminals 1, 2 and 3 form a connected complex with Jewel at the centre, linked by Skytrain and walkways. Terminal 4 is a separate building to the south, reached only by shuttle bus, which matters most for departures and for connections rather than for arrivals. Give us the flight number and the terminal is resolved without you having to check.

Where does my chauffeur meet me?

At the arrivals pickup point for your terminal, having tracked the aircraft in. The chauffeur calls as you come through and walks you to the car. Meet and greet inside the arrivals hall with a name board is a paid add-on, which is useful with a family or a large party but is not needed as often at Changi as it is at less straightforward airports.

Can you drive me to Johor Bahru or Malaysia?

No, and any operator who says otherwise is not being straight with you. Cross-border road transport is separately licensed, and only Singapore taxis and Malaysian taxis holding an ASEAN Public Service Vehicle Permit may carry passengers across. A Singapore private hire car may not. What we can do is take you to the Woodlands or Tuas checkpoint and sequence a handover to a licensed cross-border service.

What about the new rail link to Johor Bahru?

A cross-border link between Woodlands North and Bukit Chagar is expected to open shortly and will reduce a crossing that regularly takes hours at peak to roughly five minutes. Once it is running, a chauffeur to Woodlands North and the train across will be the sensible pattern for most people. The opening date has moved more than once, so check the current position with dispatch.

Is a taxi cheaper than booking a chauffeur here?

Often, yes, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Singapore taxis are metered honestly and are inexpensive compared with equivalent cities. What a meter cannot do is tell you the price in advance, and here it carries several surcharges at once: one on any trip originating at the airport, one at peak hours and one after midnight. Those cluster precisely around the times long-haul flights arrive.

What is ERP and will I be charged for it?

Electronic Road Pricing charges vehicles for using certain roads at certain times, with rates varying by location, direction and hour, and reviewed quarterly. There is no charge on Sundays or public holidays. On a RYDES booking every charging point on your route is counted when the fare is calculated, so nothing is added afterwards. On a metered journey the charges accumulate as you travel.

What is changing about ERP?

The overhead gantries are being replaced by a satellite-based system that uses an On-Board Unit in each vehicle to determine position and charge accordingly. By early 2026 around ninety-three per cent of vehicles had been fitted, inactive gantries were being removed, and blue road markings had started appearing to indicate charging zones. Full transition is scheduled for the beginning of 2027. None of it changes what a passenger pays on a fixed-price booking.

Are your Singapore chauffeurs licensed?

Yes. Every vehicle is operated by a company licensed for private hire and every driver holds the vocational licence the Land Transport Authority requires for this category of work. Licensing and insurance are verified before an operator can accept bookings rather than checked journey by journey.

How is private hire different from a taxi?

They are separate regulated categories with separate vocational licences. A taxi may be flagged down in the street and may take passengers from ranks. A private hire car may do neither and must be booked in advance. In exchange a booking carries an agreed price, a named chauffeur, a chosen vehicle class and none of the surcharges a meter applies.

How long does Changi to the city take?

Twenty to thirty minutes to Marina Bay outside peak hours, and thirty to forty-five within them. Orchard runs slightly longer. The island is only about fifty kilometres end to end, so even the longest domestic journey, out to Tuas, rarely exceeds seventy-five minutes.

What happens during the Formula One weekend?

A substantial part of the central business district is closed to traffic for more than a week, with closures building and lifting in stages rather than all at once. Journeys across the bay take considerably longer and some addresses become unreachable by car at certain hours. Book earlier than usual during this period and take the operator's advice on timing, which will be better than a mapping app's.

Can you collect from Seletar?

Yes. Seletar handles most business and private aviation here, along with a small number of turboprop services to Malaysia. Give the tail number and the handling agent rather than only the airport, because access is managed carefully and a vehicle cannot simply present itself at a gate. The operator arranges clearance in advance where the facility permits.

How much waiting time is included?

Sixty free minutes, timed from touchdown rather than from your printed arrival slot, which is enough to absorb passport control and the belt. Fifteen minutes applies anywhere that is not an airport. Once the free period expires, billing proceeds in fifteen-minute units priced to your class, and you hear about it before the meter conceptually starts.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, requested at booking so the correct stage is in the vehicle when it meets you. Infant, toddler and booster stages are available and each seat uses one passenger position. We supply the seat; fitting it and checking it is secure is the parent's or guardian's responsibility. This is one of the clearer reasons to book rather than join the taxi queue, where finding a vehicle with a suitable seat is not something you can rely on.

Would the MRT be better?

For a lot of journeys, honestly, yes. The network is fast, inexpensive and reaches Changi directly, and for one or two people with ordinary luggage it will usually beat a car on cost and often on time. A chauffeur earns its price with a group, with a family needing seats fitted, on a day with several stops, during the race weekend, or arriving at an hour when surcharges stack on every alternative.

Can I book a car by the hour?

Yes, with a two-hour minimum in half-hour increments and mileage pooled across the booking. Because distances here are short, hourly hire is unusually good value: a day of four or five meetings often costs less held as one booking than it does as five separate transfers, and nobody spends the day re-hailing between appointments.

How far ahead should I book?

Give the operator three hours if you can, since that is roughly what allocating a car and briefing its driver takes. We accept reservations twelve months out. Race weekend, the large Expo and Marina Bay Sands trade shows, and the period surrounding Chinese New Year all exhaust the available fleet long before anything happens to pricing.

What if my flight is delayed or diverted?

We follow the aeroplane, so lateness rearranges the collection by itself and adds nothing to the bill, with your free period commencing at touchdown. A diversion out of Changi usually means Kuala Lumpur or Jakarta, which puts you in another country rather than another terminal, so this is handled person to person. Reach the desk at any hour on +1 888 881 7933.

About RYDES.

How RYDES works

Does RYDES own the cars?

Not any more. We ran our own fleet in Seattle for years, which is where the standard on this site comes from, but a fleet cannot follow you into 1,200 cities. Every vehicle in the network today belongs to a licensed chauffeur operator in that city, held to a published standard, with licensing, insurance and driver credentials verified before they can accept work.

Where is RYDES based?

Seattle, Washington. The network reaches 1,200 cities across 90 countries through contracted local operators rather than through offices, which is why the car meeting you in Osaka or Lisbon is run by people who live there.

Who am I actually contracting with?

With RYDES to arrange the journey, and with an independent licensed transportation operator who carries it out. The operator holds the transport licence, the vehicle and the insurance. What separates us from most platforms is what happens when a booking fails: that is answered for by RYDES and the operator together, and you deal with us rather than being sent to argue with a company you have never spoken to.

Who is actually driving me?

A professional chauffeur working for a licensed local operator, which may be a substantial fleet or an individually licensed owner-operator. You receive their name, photograph, vehicle and registration roughly three hours before pickup. We say operator rather than company because many of the best chauffeurs in this industry are licensed individuals, and we were one of them.

Do operators bid against each other for my ride?

No. Work is offered at a published net rate, so the operator knows what a journey pays before deciding whether to take it. There is no auction and no mechanism by which the operator willing to accept least wins the work. We fill some jobs more slowly as a result and we pay more for them.

Are operators penalised for turning work down?

No. Acceptance-rate scoring is widespread and its consequence is predictable: operators take work they cannot properly service, at hours they should not be driving, in vehicles already committed elsewhere. The passenger experiences that as a car that does not arrive. We would rather an operator declined.

Do I need to tip the chauffeur?

No. Your chauffeur agreed what this journey pays before accepting it, so nothing about their income depends on your decision. A tip is offered at payment where you can add a percentage, enter your own amount, or decline, and declining is a visible option. Anything you add goes to the chauffeur who drove you.

Can the price change after I book?

Only if you change the journey. Adding a stop on the day, or keeping the car beyond the free waiting allowance, adjusts the total, and you are told before it applies. Traffic, route, weather and time of day do not change what you pay. Taxes, tolls and airport access fees were settled when you booked.

What happens if the car does not arrive?

Contact us rather than the operator, and we resolve it. Dispatch is staffed around the clock. Depending on the circumstances that means re-dispatching another operator, arranging an alternative, or refunding the booking. Delivering the booking is a joint responsibility of RYDES and the operator, so you are not left chasing anybody.

How is this different from a ride-hailing app?

A different product entirely. An app matches you with whoever is nearest, at a price that moves with demand, minutes before you travel. RYDES assigns a named chauffeur and a specific vehicle class hours or months ahead, at a price fixed when you book, and holds the car for an hour if your flight is late.

Did you build your own technology?

Yes. The booking and dispatch platform was built in-house by the same people who spent fifteen years dispatching vehicles. That is why it handles the parts that actually go wrong: a diversion at one in the morning, a child seat taking a passenger position, a terminal that moved its pickup zone last month.

Is RYDES ever the wrong choice?

Frequently, and each city guide says where. In Paris the regulated taxi flat fare into the centre is genuinely competitive. In Singapore the MRT and metered taxis usually beat us for one or two people. From JFK in evening traffic the AirTrain and Long Island Rail Road beat any car. We would rather tell you than have you find out.

How far ahead do I need to book?

Three hours before pickup as a working minimum, which is what an operator needs to allocate a vehicle and brief a chauffeur. Reservations open a year ahead. This is not an on-demand service and does not try to be one, because a named driver and the right child seat in the car cannot be arranged in eleven minutes.

How does RYDES make money if the price is fixed?

The difference between what you pay and the net rate paid to the operator. That margin covers the vetting, the pricing, twenty-four-hour dispatch, flight tracking, the technology and the guarantee behind the booking. It is not taken by reducing the operator's rate afterwards or by adding charges to your fare at the end.

How do I become an operator?

Start at the become an operator page, which sets out the licensing, insurance and vehicle requirements before you invest time in an application. Published net rates, no auction and no acceptance-rate penalty apply from the first booking. Applications that do not meet the standard are declined rather than provisionally accepted.

Press kit

Can I use the boilerplate without asking?

Yes. Both the 78-word and 28-word versions on this page are cleared for use as written. If your piece needs a claim not contained in either, ask first, because several obvious inferences about this business are wrong and the corrections section lists them.

Does RYDES own its vehicles?

No. RYDES owns no vehicles and employs no chauffeurs anywhere in the network. Every car belongs to a licensed chauffeur operator in that city. The company did run its own fleet in Seattle before going worldwide, so that is accurate in the past tense.

Who is responsible if a ride fails?

RYDES and the operator together, and the passenger deals with RYDES. This is the point most often got wrong in print. RYDES arranges journeys with independent licensed operators who hold the licence, the vehicle and the insurance, but a failed booking is not treated as the passenger's problem with a stranger.

Do operators bid for rides?

No. Work is offered at a published net rate the operator sees before deciding, with no auction and no penalty for declining. It is a deliberate departure from the usual model in this industry and it costs RYDES margin, which is a fair thing to put to us.

Who can I quote?

Ask, and we will tell you who is available and in what capacity. We do not supply quotes attributed to an unnamed spokesperson, and we will not provide a statement for a piece without knowing its subject.

Can I use your photographs?

The images in the press pack are cleared for editorial use alongside coverage of RYDES, not for advertising or for illustrating unrelated stories about the industry. The wordmark may be used editorially without permission, subject to the brand rules above.

Will you comment on a competitor?

Not on their commercial arrangements, their pricing or their internal practices. We are happy to explain how our own model differs and why, including the parts that cost us money, and to point you at where those differences are documented.

How current are the figures on this page?

They are reviewed on a set cycle and may lag the live network slightly. If a number is load-bearing in your piece, confirm it on the day rather than quoting the page. We would rather answer an email than see a correction printed.

Which address should I use?

press@rydes.co for anything you are writing or broadcasting, including fact checks and requests for comment. It reaches the press desk rather than a general inbox. Passenger and booking questions go to support@rydes.co, and the phone line on this site is staffed for passengers around the clock but cannot answer press questions.

Why are there no releases listed?

Because there are none yet, and we would rather show an empty list than pad it with announcements that are not news. When something is worth your time it will appear here.

Sustainability

Do you offset the emissions from my ride?

No, and we would be cautious about any transport company that tells you offsetting makes a journey neutral. Financing a climate project is a legitimate thing for a business to do, but it is not the same as not emitting, and from 27 September 2026 presenting it that way to EU consumers is a prohibited commercial practice under Directive (EU) 2024/825.

So is RYDES not doing anything about emissions?

Four things, all of them mechanical rather than promotional. An Electric class in cities where charging genuinely supports the route. Group and Van bookings that put people who would otherwise take several cars into one. Pre-booked journeys, so a vehicle drives to a known address once instead of circulating while it waits to be matched. And city guides that tell you when the train is the better choice.

Why does this page not say the service is green?

Because it would be a generic environmental claim, and generic claims are prohibited in EU consumer law from 27 September 2026 unless the trader can demonstrate recognised excellent environmental performance. We cannot, so we do not say it. The FTC Green Guides in the United States and the CMA Green Claims Code in the United Kingdom point the same way.

Is the Electric class actually electric?

Yes, battery-electric with no tailpipe emissions, and it only appears in the booking form in cities where charging infrastructure supports the route reliably. It is withheld on very long intercity legs even in cities that otherwise support it, because a charging stop would put your arrival at risk. That withholding is the honest part.

What proportion of your fleet is electric?

We do not publish a figure. RYDES owns no vehicles; the network is around 3,500 independently owned operators and the composition changes weekly. A number we cannot audit is not a number worth printing, and under the current rules an unsubstantiated figure is worse than no figure at all.

Does an electric car always emit less than a combustion one?

Over its life, generally yes, but the margin depends heavily on the electricity grid charging it. An electric vehicle charged in Norway and one charged on a coal-heavy grid are materially different propositions. Anyone quoting a single global figure is estimating, and so would we be.

Would I be better off taking the train?

For one or two people on a route served by rail, almost always. Our city guides name the specific alternatives: the regulated taxi fare and the RER from Charles de Gaulle, the MRT from Changi, the AirTrain and Long Island Rail Road from JFK, the Heathrow Express and Elizabeth line from Heathrow. A car earns its place with a group, with luggage, at hours the network does not run, or where rail does not reach.

Do you have a net-zero target?

No published target. Under Directive (EU) 2024/825 a future environmental commitment advertised to consumers requires an implementation plan and independent verification, and we are not going to advertise an aspiration dressed as a commitment. If that changes it will appear here with the plan attached.

What can you give me for corporate emissions reporting?

Journey-level data you can put through your own methodology rather than a certificate asserting a number. Distance, vehicle class, and where we hold it, powertrain. If your reporting framework needs something specific, ask the business team what we can actually produce before assuming either way.

Why is this page so negative about your own product?

Because the alternative is writing something that stops being lawful on a known date, and because a travel manager with a real reporting obligation is not helped by a badge. A chauffeur ride is a good answer to a narrow set of questions. Overstating that range does not make the service better, it just makes the page less useful.

Nothing matches that. Try a shorter word, or call dispatch on +1 888 881 7933.
