- VAT and airport fees
- 13 percent VAT and any airport charge on the pickup are inside the euro price. There are no road tolls on Crete today.
- The registered contract
- The operator enters the EIX contract in the Ministry's digital register before pickup, with the start point and times. You do nothing.
- The legal minimum
- The 2-hour, €82 floor that applies from April to October, or the 3-hour floor in winter, is already reflected in the quote.
- Gratuity is optional
- The chauffeur agreed the job's pay before accepting it. A tip can be added at payment, or not, and nothing changes either way.
- Flight tracking
- Share your flight number and the pickup follows the aircraft, early or late, at no extra cost.
- Sixty minutes at HER
- Free waiting from actual landing, enough for an August passport queue. Fifteen minutes free at the port and every other pickup, then 15-minute increments, with notice first.
- Standard pickup
- Collection at the meeting point your chauffeur names is free. Being met inside arrivals with your name is a paid add-on.
- Free cancellation
- Cancel or change for free up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours the booking is charged in full.
- A licensed EIX operator
- Each car is run by a licensed chauffeur operator on Crete; driver, vehicle and contract are what the police check at the roadside.
- Child seats and pets
- Child seats are a paid add-on, supplied by the operator and fitted by the parent. Pets are a paid add-on; service animals always travel free.
- What is not included
- Paid parking if the car waits somewhere that charges, and the accommodation and cruise fees, which are not car charges.
